Winnipeg police found human remains in the Brady Road landfill during an investigation into the murder of Rebecca Contois. Police searched part of the landfill after discovering some of Contois’s remains May 16 at North Kildonan. After finding some of the 24-year-old’s body in a rubbish bin outside an apartment building on Edison Avenue, police believed some of her remains may have been taken to a landfill while receiving housing....
