An autopsy released Monday of a teenager who fell from a walk in the Orlando FreeFall in March revealed he died of a blunt force injury and ruled the death was an accident. An autopsy conducted by Orange County Medical Examiner also found that 14-year-old Tire Sampson weighed nearly 100 pounds more than the maximum passenger weight for the 430-foot tower attraction in ICON Park, Orlando, FOX 35 Orlando reported. . “The body is of a well-developed, obese, 74-inch, 383-pound, black male, who looks older than the reported age of 14,” the medical examiner said, noting multiple internal and external abrasions, bruises and injuries and fractures. Samson, who played soccer in the St. Louis area of Missouri, was in Florida with a friend’s family on a spring break, and his size was considered a possible cause of death. He should have been able to watch his 8th grade graduation last week,” Kim Wald, a lawyer at The Haggard law firm, told FOX 35, noting what the autopsy said about weight of Sampson. “This is just another piece of the puzzle going on for us in the case.” Tire Sampson family members and friends leave items during a vigil in front of the Orlando Free Fall ride at ICON Park in Orlando on Monday, March 28, 2022.
